These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not replace the written agreement for any construction work we carry out.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Castle Build and to contact us about work. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to submit automated or bulk requests through the forms.
Enquiries and quotes are not contracts
Submitting a form or receiving a quote does not create a contract for work and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Any work we carry out is governed by a separate written agreement, and pricing is only binding once it is given in writing for a defined scope.
Information on this site
Descriptions of services are general and depend on your site conditions, materials and approvals. Photographs and video show Castle Build work; they illustrate the kind of work we do rather than guarantee an identical result on your property.
Content you send us
You are responsible for what you submit. By sending photos you confirm you have the right to share them and you grant Castle Build permission to use them internally to assess and price the project. We will not publish your photos publicly without asking you first.
Permits and approvals
Requirements for permits, setbacks and property lines vary by municipality and property. Nothing on this website is a determination that a given structure is permitted at your address. Confirm current requirements with your local municipality.
Intellectual property
The Castle Build name, logo, text, photography and video on this site belong to Castle Build and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Castle Build is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
